Film scholar and documentary advocate Thomas Waugh has returned from India with a draft of a forthcoming book, scheduled for release in 2009.

Tom Waugh, film studies professor at Concordia and CDC member, has published a new article on political discourse and sexual representation in film, "Queer film and video festival forum, take three: Artists speak out". The article was published in 2008, volume 14, issue 1 of GLQ: A Journal of Lesbian and Gay Studies.
